So, the Baywalk event was well-addressed – good sky, low/no wind, not-too-voracious mosquitos… but not much interest offered either. Fair bit of humidity, and of course standard light pollution, combined to reduce visibility, but did get to see the stars Arcturus, Vega, Deneb,… and others, appear, and we were able to point out constellations. Also saw the ISS – we think – go by at between 10:08 and 10:15, taking full advantage of the earth’s tilt to stay alive.
