Look up! Tomorrow morning, for all of us around the globe, the waning crescent moon will appear near the giant planet Jupiter. And, for some, the moon will cover the gas giant planet. Astronomers call this event an occultation of Jupiter by the moon. Most places will be in daylight during the occultation.
