ACAC

Just a note to remind members of the monthly ACAC meeting, tonight from 7-9 at Wilmot Community Centre, on Gillespie Ave. (off Water Street East, just behind the Shell gas station/Convenience store).
Agenda tonight includes a sky overview for November; Words to inspire astronomy education; a couple of videos expounding astronomy topics/concepts; a discussion of autumn-sky viewing possibilities via naked-eye, binoculars, and telescope; an overview of the Local Group of Galaxies: what it is and where do we fit in; and an opportunity to express what astronomy-related item anyone has seen, read, or otherwise experienced over the past month.
